Sangiano is a small village on the Lombardy shore of Lake Maggiore, located just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches and the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso.
A five-minute drive takes you to the tourist hub of Laveno-Mombello, the departure point for ferries to Intra-Verbania, the Borromean Islands (Isola Bella, Isola Madre, and Isola dei Pescatori), and the magnificent villas on the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore (such as Villa Taranto).
A short drive further brings you to Angera, with its famous lakefront promenade and the Rocca di Angera fortress, which towers majestically above.
In just a few minutes (or even on foot), you can reach the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, a monastic complex built directly onto a sheer rock face overlooking the lake: it is undoubtedly one of the most evocative spots on Lake Maggiore.
Alternatively, by leaving your car in the private parking area, you can easily travel by train to the tourist town of Luino or to the center of Milan.

Guests can park their cars in a private outdoor parking area located within the larger garden of the main estate.
Bicycles can be stored in a garage if needed.
The entire property is fully enclosed by a hedge, ensuring complete privacy.
