My name is Elena, and for many years I ran a consulting firm specializing in training, primarily for insurance companies and banks, covering every aspect of customer relations, from marketing to sales.
I believe that a focus on the customer (and on the details that can make all the difference) has become part of my DNA, largely due to that professional background.
After retiring, I began traveling the world, spending several months of the year abroad.
At the same time, I decided to fix up a small farmhouse adjacent to the home where I spend part of the year.
What was initially supposed to be just a matter of replacing a few roof tiles…
Turned out to be a full-scale renovation.
From the roof to the windows, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area.
Drawing on the experience I gained managing other family properties in the Cinque Terre (Liguria) and Los Cristianos (Tenerife), I transformed this renovated farmhouse into a vacation home on Lake Maggiore.
The renovation was designed to ensure a highly comfortable stay, whether for a short visit or a longer getaway.
It is the perfect base for soaking up the atmosphere of Lake Maggiore and visiting iconic sites such as the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the Rocca di Angera, Laveno, Luino, and the Borromean Islands.
Since the summer of 2023, this Lake Maggiore vacation home has been welcoming guests from all over the world.
